Directions to your photo session can be found below. Please park your car at SP Energy networks in the parking bay or at the side of the road.

Once parked up, look for the Back To School sign at the hedges and please wait at the gates, we will come and get you  :-). Please do arrive 5 mins before your session start, I will be running a number of sessions on the same morning and cannot guarantee your session time if you are late. 

You will have a few minutes before the start of your session to brush hair and adjust the uniforms :-). I also have a small studio space indoors should we need to shelter from rain :-). There is also a toilet available in the studio.

All photography is outdoors and mini sessions are scheduled to run early morning. Natural light is at its softest at this time of the day.

Sessions last approx 20 mins. If you have more than 2 siblings they will run around 30 mins. We will take a variety of shots of your children in their school uniform.

Parents are expected to get involved in helping to make their children laugh and smile throughout the session. The best smiles come from children laughing with their parents and not when they are asked to smile :-). 

 Children should be in school uniform ready for the session start. Please also bring a hairbrush, school bag and favourite book. Your child may also be photographed with a favourite hobby item eg. Rugby ball, musical instrument, tennis, football, hockey sticks etc or perhaps your child enjoys skipping or riding on their scooter. Bring an item that represents what your child is interested in at the moment :-). We have included this in previous Back To School sessions and had some fun with it. If you have attended before you may want to bring something different this year. Ideas in images below. 

The Weather! Photographing outdoors can come with its challenges. I will be in touch with you a couple of days before your session to confirm your time. Your session may change date or time depending on the weather, so please allow for some flexibility in your schedule should this happen. I always try to re-schedule either the same day at a different time or a different day same week. 

Your photographs will be ready approximately within a 3 week period. You will have access to your own private password gallery allowing you to choose your favourites. Your session cost will include 3 digital images. Other products will be available to purchase.

Sessions will take place in the grounds of my little studio. As we are photographing outside close to the studio entrance, all cars will need to be parked at SP Energy Networks (next door). From here you have a 1 minute walk.
